We are offering our own in-house freight delivery service. We will deliver your good(s) to the room of your choice. Our professional delivery teams handle your goods, with great care and attention. We also provide peace of mind for our customers, knowing that professionals will take out the hassle of getting the items to the room(s) where they are needed.
Orders under £100 are not covered under free delivery and will have a delivery charge of £6.95 or £9.95 depending on the item.
Some postcodes within the UK mainland will incur a surcharge. Please ensure that you enter your correct delivery postcode during checkout. If there are any queries over your postcode location, we will contact you on the telephone number and email address you provide in order to discuss this with you. If your postcode incurs a surcharge we will not dispatch goods until we have spoken with you and organized the additional payment.
Postcodes that will incur a surcharge at our discretion include: AB, CA, DD, DG, EH, G, FK, IP, KA, IV, KA, KY, KW, LL, NR, PA, PH, DT, PL, EX, TR and TQ.
Surcharge Rate for these areas is £40.00 charged at our discretion. Delivery timescale for these areas is within 10-15 Working Days. This is just an estimate and it may take longer.

All deliveries are made to the room of choice in the designated delivery address only. you reside in an apartment, or a block of flats, the delivery crew will only go as far as the 3rd floor unless there is a lift or automatic way to your floor.
We offer product assembly as an additional service. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please speak to one of our Shaam Decor’s Support team to learn about the additional cost.
Our Delivery Crews will deliver your goods to the room of choice. If the product is in good order you are required to sign the Delivery Crews Proof of Delivery. If the product is severely damaged please mark Proof of Delivery as "Damaged" and refuse goods. If the damage is minimal and you are willing to accept a compensation amount please sign Proof of Delivery as "Damaged Received".
If your furniture sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect you must inform our Support team within 24 hours of receiving the goods telephone or email shaamdecor348@gmail.com
If any items you have ordered are missing from your delivery, you must inform our support team within 24 hours of receiving the goods via telephone or email shaamdecor348@gmail.com.
Due to many fraudulent issues from Card, we are offering Cash on Delivery.
